ABA Transition Program Mission

A Behavioral Approach Transition Program provides students the opportunity to work on individual goals to prepare for adulthood. Students will receive tailored instruction in vocational and classroom settings. We build strong connections with the Connecticut shoreline community through employment, transportation and social activities. ABA also works with families to help guide and support throughout the transition process. Our passionate staff helps all students progress towards independence.

In addition to our Old Lyme location, ABA Transition Program is expanding into our Watertown center as well.  We are excited to serve young adults in the surrounding Old Lyme and Watertown areas.

ABA Transition is a DDS approved program for all those that qualify.  ABA will work with families and their insurance providers if DDS is not an option for you.

ABA Transition Program will provide transportation to and from our center for those in the surrounding Old Lyme and Watertown areas.
